The new jdrama [akimahende] (No can do!) (11eps) may not be completed as there are getting more unforseen events happening each day/week. One of which would be my getting a paid work that may actually help sustain my livelihood. So it is up to your discretion if you would want to get this series knowing abt the risk involved. In saying that, _if_ any of the 'paid work' become a sure thing, I may regretably be forced to drop most if not all of the series as I would prolly be slogging at work most of the time, and the timer-scheduler that came with the WinTV proggy somehow dun work and there's always the hdd diskspace issue.

I hope no one sees this as irresponsiblity on my part to forsake tv-rip and I hate to bring up the subject of my being broke; so broke that the beggars would seem a wealthy person when compared to me; thus I cannot stress enough that I _need_ to make a living and support my family & myself financially somehow or rather, though not anyone's concern.

Lastly, with great pain I need to break the news of my mistake (again) with handling the .mpg files for [since i met u] ep 41-42 >> in sort, a 2,776mb (~1hr recording) .mpg file being copied to my notebook for encoding got cut off when my PC hung and it resulted in a 2,180mb partial file AND the source (at the PC) was deleted too. The loss occurrs at the end of ep41 (10mins?) and a few mins of ep42 (start).

I'm very meticulous in nature but lately I experienced alot more pain (physically/mentally) & stress/worries than usual that made me out of place. In writing this, I'm not hoping for any understanding of your part, but just a statement of what happened & maybe will happen. This poor dude can't exactly hold up for much longer. I hope u will find some who are both rich & able to do this, but I guess it won't happen. Oh well, that's how the world is: The rich enjoys while the poor toils. :) - Jem (14 Jan 2k4)


'Since I Met U' News: there is not gonna be [since i met u] ep28, n ep25 & ep27 has 1/4 missing as well. I wont get into the details of how/why this happened. I apologize for this mishap.

'Heaven's Coins 3' Bad News: I missed to rec [heaven's coins 3] ep3. I set a timer but only to find out I did not 'start' when the show was about to end. I apologise for this mistake n hope ur enjoyment of this series is not gravely affected.

'My Love Patzzi' News: The new kdrama [My Love Patzzi] has missing e-subs at the 3rd min(5min length) & at 15th min (3min length). Some folks has told me they may be able to jerry-rig a subtitle (english) file for the missing subs, but you may have to get it in the IRC channel.

'Golden Bowl' News: taiitsu sent me a vhs tape which has the recording of [golden bowl] ep11 that I was unable to record the ending portion. Thks dude. :) I stand corrected abt the time I missed, it is almost 12mins. Anyway, the ~12mins has been recorded off the vhs n the final ep shld be ready for release soon. The source from the vhs is blinding bright, pls pardon, all i can do is set some brightness/contrast control but can't recover the color saturation. - Jem
